Thank you for shopping with GlowEra. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible.
By placing an order with GlowEra, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Shipping Provider
All orders are shipped using Aramex Store to Door within South Africa.
Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking information via email or SMS where available.
2. Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During high-demand periods, promotional sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery time is:
8–11 business days within South Africa.
Please note:
- Delivery times are estimates only
- Business days exclude weekends and public holidays
- Rural or outlying areas may experience longer delivery times
4. Delivery Delays
While we work closely with our courier partners to ensure timely delivery, GlowEra cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
GlowEra shall not be held liable for delays caused by:
- Courier operational delays
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- High shipping volumes
- Load shedding
- Strikes
- Customs or regulatory inspections
- Incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer
- Events beyond our reasonable control
However, this does not limit any rights you may have under applicable South African consumer protection laws.
If your parcel is significantly delayed, we will assist in liaising with the courier where reasonably possible.
5. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
GlowEra is not responsible for failed deliveries, lost parcels, or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details supplied by the customer.
Additional shipping fees may apply for returned or re-delivered parcels.
6. Lost or Stolen Parcels
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the courier to the address provided, GlowEra cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels.
If you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us and we will open an investigation with the courier.
Courier investigations may take several business days to complete.
7. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated during promotions or free shipping campaigns.
GlowEra reserves the right to modify shipping rates at any time without prior notice.
8. Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched where available.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear on the courier system.
